This is the fourth in the series, the cover showing a pictorial picture of various tools used by the craftsmen in times past that employed in the trade.

The booklet contains mixed panes of Machin definitives, text, colourful  illustrations on labels and interleaves. The date of Issue 14.09.1983.  Stamps are printed in photogravure by Harrisons, panes having two types of paper  FCP/PVAD & ACP/PVAD gum.
